Located at the Granite Campground and Day Use area in the Steamboat Springs Area, on the shores of Fish Creek Reservoir. There are many fishing, hiking and biking opportunities available. The reservoir is restricted to electric motors or hand propelled boats only.
It is managed by the Hahns Peak/Bears Ears Ranger District.
Directions
Directions from Steamboat Springs: Travel 2 miles northeast of Steamboat Springs on Routt County Road 36 (Strawberry Park Road), then 13 miles northeast on Routt County Road 38 (Buffalo Pass Road) to Buffalo Pass. Go 4 miles south on FDR 310 to Fish Creek Reservoir and Granite Campground.
