Nestled at the foot of the Grand Sable Dunes, the Grand Sable Visitor Center is located near the eastern gateway to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and at the beginning of the park’s segment of the North Country National Scenic Trail. Open daily in summer, 9 am to 5 pm through the end of September. Closed the rest of the year. Includes park information, restrooms, exhibits, and an America’s National Parks™ bookstore.
